How do I access my profile?

You have to "sign in" with your username and pasword.

I lost my password

Click here and follow the instructions.

I wish to change my password

1. Sign in.
2. Click on your name at the top of the screen.
3. Click on "Account + Settings"
4. Click on (change) to change your password

Join a division or a group in my profile

1. Sign in
2. Click on "Profile Home"
3. Click on "[Edit]" in the Additional Information section
4. Check the division and groups you are interested in.
5. Save your changes.

Pay ON LINE with a credit card

Once you are registered, click on the Credit Card icon.
If you are already registered then:
1. Sign in
2. Click on "Membership info"
3. Click the icon "Online Payment"

Our system is address sensitive, please make sure you fill the right card holder informations.

Sometimes the payment processor is unavailable, blocking the payment. When that is the case, it is also possible to pay by credit card via Paypal, even without an account. To proceed, click on the Paypal logo, then "Pay with a card", finaly on "Create your Paypal account", click on "No thanks".

Pay by bank transfer (wire transfer)

Our bank coordinates can be found on your invoice.
Please indicate YOUR NAME AND INVOICE REFERENCE. It makes the identification of your payment easier.

Pay by direct debit

This method of payment is only avaible for SEPA countries and approved individual members. Some bank accounts are not allowed to be debited, so please contact your bank if you have no other SEPA Direct Debit on your bank account yet.
In order to pay via direct debit, you must accept SEPA direct debit in your profile (Manage Profile/ Edit Bio/ Personnal information/ SEPA)
You will then be emailed with a link to digitaly sign the SEPA mandate.

If you choose to pay by direct debit, we will debit your annual fee from your bank account starting from January 15 of the following year.

Please ensure that sufficient fundsave are available on your bank account at this date in order to prevent any additionnal charges from the bank.

You may change your payment method at any moment by registered letter with return receipt requested.

Pay through an EPS Member Society

The following EPS Member Societies propose to collect fees for Individual Members:
SFP - SFO - SFS - SIF - DFS - Hungary - Czech Republic - Slovakia
If you choose to pay through and EPS Member Society, your profile will be updated once we have received your payment from the Member Society.

Print the EPS member card

To print your annual member card, please follow the steps:
1. Sign in
2. Click on your name on top, then "Account + Settings"
3. Click on "Payments & History"
4. Click on "Membership"
5. Click on "View/Print My Membership Card"

The EPS member card requires an up-to-date membership, as well as a portrait, so you may have to add an image or change it in your profile. The EPS member card may be asked to our members attending EPS conferences.

Upload my photo

To upload an image please follow the steps:
1. Sign in
2. Click on "My Profile"
3. Hover the mouse over the image
4. Click on the button that shows up
5. Select a file and click on Submit

Search on this website

Click here to start a search on the EPS website. The search tool is located top right of the screen in the EPS banner.

Search in the EPS directory

Click here to start a search for Individual Members, EPS divisions, groups or committees. You have to sign in to see a member's profile.
