The second China-Europe Solar Physics Meeting will be held in Hvar, Croatia, on 6-10 May 2019.
This is the second meeting between Chinese and European solar physicists in the frame of a regular scientific exchange on a biennial or triennial basis. The first meeting organised in China (CESPM 2017, Kunming, Yunnan) was very successful and the second meeting should further strengthen the collaboration between European and Chinese scientists, in particular among young scientists.
The sessions are organised as follows:
- Solar Interior, Dynamo and the Solar Cycle
- Heating and Coupling of the Solar Atmosphere layers
- Fundamental Plasma Processes: Magnetic Reconnection, Waves, Emission, Particle Acceleration
- Manifestations and Triggering of Solar Flares and Coronal Mass Ejections
- Solar-Terrestrial Relations, Solar Wind, Space Weather and Space Climate.
Abstract submission is now open (deadline 15 January 2019) and early registration will start on January 1st 2019. The meeting is open to colleagues from all countries
