The EPS History of Physics Group is interested in all aspects of the history of physics. It welcomes suggestions and initiatives from members of the society to commemorate their famous physicists, to recover the lost history of the more minor figures that contributed to physics, to celebrate the achievements of our profession, and to draw lessons on science policy from its past successes and failures.
The Biographies of Physicists provide a colourful account of lives of many of Europe’s most famous researchers.
