Dear AG Member,

The Statutes of the European Physical Society Accelerator Group stipulate that half of the members of the Elected Board have to be renewed every three years. Nominations must be supported by three members of the Group. Members are elected for 6 years (2 European IPAC events).

Eight vacancies are announced herewith. Nominations should be made on the attached form and, together with a short C.V. and a description of the activities of the candidate, should be addressed to

The deadline for receipt of nominations is 15 February 2017.

The list of candidates and ballot papers will be mailed to EPS-AG Members by 15 March 2017, who will be invited to vote by the deadline of 14 April 2017.

Newly elected Members of the Board of the EPS-AG will be notified of the result of the election in writing by 21 April 2017.
