Position Paper of the Energy Group
This Position Paper reflects on the Energy Policy of the EU and highlights issues that need special attention. It is hoped that this paper may start an in-depth debate and can contribute to a farsighted and efficient implementation of a greener energy system in Europe. It has been sent to all EU departments that deal with Energy, the Vatican, Scientific Journals and several National Ministers of Energy.
