Following discussions at EPS Council Meetings held in March and May 2023, members of the EPS are notified that the EPS Council will hold an Extra-ordinary Council meeting on 24^th November 2023 to modify the EPS constitution and bylaws. The proposed modifications are following:

The modifications are to bring EPS up to date with respect to modern means of communication and to ensure compliance with Local Association Law.
